1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address, display name, and optional profile photo when you create an account or sign in.

Worksheet content: photos and images you capture or upload of school problems, plus generated practice tasks and worksheets stored in your library.

Structured task descriptions: after generation we may store a compact structured description of the worksheet (not the original photo) together with optional quality feedback you provide (for example thumbs up/down).

Preferences: language, grade level, worksheet theme, and analysis preferences you set in the App.

Usage and credits: credit balance and purchase-related records needed to provide the service.

Technical data: basic device and app information required for authentication, security, and reliable operation.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the App, including authenticating your account, analyzing worksheet photos with AI to generate similar practice tasks, saving worksheets to your library, managing credits, personalizing settings such as language and grade level, and improving generation quality using structured task descriptions and optional feedback. Original scan photos are processed to generate tasks and are not retained for model training.

3. Photos and Children’s Content

The App is designed for parents and caregivers to create practice worksheets for children in grades 1–4. Please avoid photographing children or including personal identifying information about a child in images when possible. Images you submit are processed to generate educational tasks and are associated with your account. We do not keep those photos for training AI models; quality improvement relies on structured descriptions and feedback instead.

4. AI Processing and Service Providers

Worksheet images and related prompts may be sent to third-party AI providers to analyze problems and generate tasks. We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, and data storage. These providers process data only to deliver the App’s features and are bound by appropriate contractual and security obligations.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Account and worksheet data are stored securely using our backend services. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App, when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the safety of others.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

You can update profile and preference settings in the App, sign out at any time, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable under local law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this screen reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
