Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Worksheeter mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who the App Is For
Worksheeter helps parents and caregivers create practice worksheets for elementary school children (typically grades 1–4). You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of a child, you are responsible for that use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. The Service
The App lets you photograph or upload school problems and generate similar practice tasks using AI. Features may include saving worksheets, editing tasks, exporting PDFs, and managing credits. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
4. Credits and Purchases
Some features consume credits. Credits and in-app purchases are subject to the terms of the app store through which you purchase them (Apple App Store or Google Play). Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits have no cash value outside the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt service, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the App for commercial redistribution of generated materials beyond personal educational use without our permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Tasks and worksheets are generated with AI and may contain errors or be imperfectly matched to the original material. You are responsible for reviewing content before giving it to a child. The App does not replace teachers, tutors, or official curriculum materials.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in photos you upload. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph and use any materials you submit.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated tasks will meet any particular educational outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or educational opportunity arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
